The air - flow atomization dyeing machine applies the principle of aerodynamics. The mixed air generated by the blower is injected into the nozzle of the dyeing machine to drive the fabric to run. It differs from the traditional overflow dyeing machine in that the air - flow dyeing machine does not require dye liquor or water as a medium to transport the fabric. During the dyeing process, the airflow generated by the blower enters the nozzle and meets the dye liquor delivered by the main pump inside the nozzle shell, causing the dye liquor to be atomized and then sprayed onto the fabric passing through the nozzle, driving the fabric to run. Therefore, the fabric can achieve a good dyeing effect in the dye liquor. It causes no damage to the fabric, and the fabric will not have creases after dyeing and has a good hand feel.
