DRP-A High-temperature Dyeing Machine

The DRP-A series high-temperature dyeing machines are developed and improved by our company on the basis of the RWP-

H series models. Compared with traditional high-temperature dyeing machines, they have lower energy consumption and a higher degree of automation.

1. The special main structure enables the dyeing machine to reduce the liquor ratio to between 1:4.5 and 1:6. Compared with traditional J-type dyeing machines, it significantly reduces the consumption of water, chemical agents and energy.

2. The structure at the tail of the machine is conducive to the rapid entry of the fabric into the main body of the cylinder, increases the running speed of the fabric, ensures the smooth running of the fabric, prevents phenomena such as abrasion, creases, and fabric blockages, and improves production efficiency and even dyeing property.

3. It has a wide range of applicability and can be suitable for various chemical fiber plain woven fabrics, circular knitted fabrics, as well as interwoven fabrics of chemical fibers and natural fibers with a weight of 50-500 grams per square meter for process dyeing and pre- and post-treatment at high temperatures. It can also be used for the process dyeing and treatment of natural fiber fabrics under normal temperature and pressure or normal temperature and slight pressure conditions.
